It will be keynoted by the Cebu provincial Governor, Honorable Gwendolyn Garcia who will speak on the topic, “Suroy-Lambo-Patigayon - a discussion of inter-province, inter-island trade and tourism, as can be gleaned by gainful experiences from the Suroy-suroy Sugbu and the international trade avenues. The topic aims to give insights on strengthening inter-province ties that will foster a stronger supplier base for the external markets in the province, the islands, the Visayas region and its trade gates.
